"Allen was responsive right away via email and text message. He was on-time and/or early for estimate and on the work day. Bathroom and floor look incredible. He installed a product called enduroshield (sp?). It works as promised. Water beads right off of tile and grout, it's amazing to watch. After getting multiple estimates for carpet for our basement - we decided to go with 651 Carpets based on price and quality of carpet that we were interested in. They were $2k-3k less than most of our other estimates and the quality of the carpet was the same, if not better than some of their competitors.
