We accepted the bid with a few adjustments, the shingles and roofing materials were delivered within a week, and the job was finished in less than 2 weeks from the bid. The roofing crew was prompt, careful of our property, efficient, and wasted no time. The entire job was completed in 1 1/2 days. The property was cleaned up well, all trash picked up and removed, and my flower beds were not harmed at all which were close to the house. "Josh W. now replaced two roofs for me. One in some commercial property and my home. I am a customer that CAN be hard to work with. I become an “issue” if the contractor does not do what I ask or if the contractor is unprepared for the job. Josh is one of the few contractors with whom I have worked with who is on-top of things. On my commercial building, Josh got a hotel room close by so that he could be there waiting for the deliveries and make sure the correct product gets delivered. He caught some issues and took care of them. He is proactive. I did not have to check on things. Since the roofing and gutters went so well on this project, I had him change my home’s roof too. I had several things that needed to be done. If these things were not taken care of, I would have become a difficult client: -Placement of some roof vents had to be changed -My weather station had to be removed and then reinstalled -A grounding system (for the weather station) had to be worked with/worked around -An antenna had to also be removed and reinstalled -Two different solar-powered attic vents (and their solar panels) had to be removed and reinstalled -Since I plan to put in solar panels in the future, I wanted special junction boxes (EZ Solar JB-1.2) to be installed (by roofers) so I don’t have to deal with conduit running on the roof and also to house the future circuit disconnect breakers. I also do not want solar panel installers messing with things a roofer can do better. -My radon mitigation system vents through the roof and required a new cap. -My leaf guards for the gutters could not be the same on every side of the house because some sides are more prone to ice damming. So some have to have larger holes, some can use a mesh. -My old roof was a 40-year shingle, but it was too old to be a class-4 shingle. I wanted Malarkey class-4 shingles. -My gutter downspouts needed to accommodate two water diverters for rain barrel filling. I could go on about things that needed to be done that made my project a bit different. It is not that I’m difficult, it is that I know what I need and these things are non-negotiable. I am upfront about them and if a contractor agrees to do everything, then they better do so. I don’t want to hear… “Oh I forgot, I could not find what you are talking about, this should ‘do’ instead, I will come back and do that later.” I’m writing this detailed review because Enviro Roofing took care of everything! No surprises, no drama. The few issues that came up were taken care of. I never had the feeling that I would have to start to settle for less, or just put up with some issues to get the workers away from my home. They also did the painting and got other things that were damaged (by the hail storm), covered by insurance. It seems that some estimates are written up way low because the insurance company does not expect the homeowner to actually get some of the damage repaired. I will be doing business with Enviro Roofing again! I recommend them!"

"Completely unexpected 13 days from first contact until roof completed. Living in Colorado most homeowners have had experience dealing with a hail damaged roof. The process doesn't always go quick and clean. We were approached by Patrick Quinn and Andrew Rode about possible hail damage to our roof on 4-13. They completed a pre-inspection to make sure we had damage, and even helped phone in an insurance claim. They were here when the adjuster did his inspection to point out areas of damage that the adjuster might miss. They came back again, to go over the estimate provided by our insurance company and schedule the work. E-mail with crew and dumpster arrival times, tips for keeping items on our interior walls, vehicles and our dog safe were sent the night before. Crew arrived bright and early and immediately began to protect the perimeter from falling debris. In all our checks on the progress of the crew, each time we found a solid team working with precision and skill. Each phase from tear off, pounding in nails before felt placement, drip edge and vent replacement and finally the installation of our new impact resistant shingles went smoothly. We could tell that the work being done was consistent because there was a "shave and a haircut" sound pattern from the nail guns being used. Clean up of the perimeter was thorough and included the big magnet to pick up those stray nails. I haven't found one stray nail in my yard, that is awesome. Andrew followed up with the completed certificate for our insurance company, so hopefully our premiums will go down. Higher quality materials and protection under the shingles with Class 4 hail resistant shingles made this an easy choice. Included is the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty - 50 yrs of coverage/protection including materials and labor. Home Owners Insurance will now go down and that alone will pay for the upgrade over the previous shingle. A very efficient crew of installers worked almost non-stop to finish the roof in one day. Finishing touches were done the next day along with final clean-up. Yes, I RECOMMEND DABELLA FOR ANY ROOFING NEEDS. They are professionals. You get what you pay for, I think I got a little more!!"
