However, their charges seem very high and the office staff are not very helpful. Schaefer offers a 6 hour window for a service call and the person who handles the scheduling is not the least bit accommodating if you call and ask for a smaller window. She basically gives you a and quot;take it or leave itand quot; attitude. It's challenging to take a whole day off from work to get your sprinklers turned on. My service man took less than 10 minutes to turn the sprinklers on and another 25 minutes to adjust some sprinkler heads that weren't covering well. The bill for this service was $141. This seems very costly for work that isn't highly technical. I will definitely shop around for this service next time."
