We originally were talking with another vendor who was 2.5x the price and it took us 12 weeks to get a final estimate. Needless to say, I was less than impressed, started looking for another vendor and am so happy I found Matt and his team. Matt came out on-site within a couple days of my initial request and showed us flooring samples in our home! It was super helpful to get his in-person take on the job and I really appreciated the opportunity to see samples in the natural light of our home. We had an estimate within a couple days and scheduled an installation date shortly thereafter. The installation itself went very smoothly and was completed within 2 days. It was immaculately done. Our new floors look incredible! We are so excited about the improved look, durability and overall better functionality. (We ripped out decades-old carpet that honestly made zero sense for a ground floor condo with a heavy winter season. Huge thanks to Summit Flooring Source for an amazing job and great service!"

They insisted on sending a sales rep in person so we could get an accurate quote. We trusted that. Big mistake. After agreeing to the price, they demanded full payment upfront before even ordering the carpet ? which should have been our first clue that this company operates on red flags. Then installation day arrives: 12/22/2025, a date they promised so our home would be ready before Christmas with family visiting. The installers walk in and immediately hit us with, ?Oh, by the way, you owe another $350 because the salesman miscounted seams.?
