"Outstanding service from Ari! We were transitioning from an older desktop to a brand-new HP laptop, that would not log onto the net. He set it up, cleared out all the tiresome ads, and provided excellent advice about anti-virus protection, data storage, and even a nice word processing program. It really helped that he proved to be super-reliable, personable, and able to convey technical information to us in plain English.
