"We just had the very best experience with D&M Appliance Repair and will now be customers for life! Our dryer suddenly stopped producing hot air- it was still running, but not running hot air. I searched Google/You Tube to find out what may have been the issue and called the manufacturer about the cost of the parts, thinking my husband could possibly fix it. We decided to give D&M a try based on the many positive reviews they've received. After leaving a voice mail, Grace and I communicated by text. She was so prompt, informative and transparent about the process/price. D&M was so accommodating and went above and beyond to fit us into their schedule because we were only able to have someone come to the house on the weekend or after hours in the evening. Danny agreed to come at the end of his workday after hours. He called before arriving to give me an ETA as to the time he would arrive. I was so impressed by his quick diagnosis, very courteous & nice demeaner and honest advice as to whether we should go forward with the job. We ended up having D&M replace the part and had to pay only the cost of the part and labor (which is not hourly-based). He was honest about the price of the part, and the cost to replace it was much less than having to pay for a new dryer. While doing the repair, Danny cleaned out the entire inside of the dryer so it looks and is running like brand new (it was filled with a ton of lint which could've potentially led to a fire hazard)! It's actually so refreshing to have a very good, professional, honest and fair appliance technician with a company that has top-notch customer service!! We will definitely hire D&M for all our future appliance repair issues! Thank you D&M for a great experience and getting our dryer working in no time!"

"Outstanding. James was patient, thorough, helped me find the problem, and walked me through how to fix it! I spent a total of $35 to fix a problem that I didn't know how to fix. It would have cost so much more to bring in a repair pro. I like fixing things myself but don't always know how or what the issue is. From now on, I'm calling Neli Virtual Appliance Repair!"

"Fast response and sent a pro out to investigate the problem. They listened to me when I described the problem and was highly positive about how to remedy that the igniter on the oven needed to be replaced. They made sure they had the part (via a picture I took) prior to the service tech coming over. Easy problem fast solution. Thanks!"

"Following the last thunderstorm and resulting power outage, our GE Profile Advantium built in speed cookoven didn't work. I used Angi to find a repair shop and AGB Repair contacted me right away and arranged for a service technician to come. The cost was $90 to diagnose the issue and obtain an estimate on the overall repair and is applied to the work. The technician, Jared Ventura, was friendly and so professional. He found that the problem was the power board, which is expensive, and replacing that may not fix the issue. There are three other boards in the oven which cannot be checked without the power board being replaced. I have not yet decided in going forward with the replacement of the power board or replacing the entire unit as it is 15 years old. Should I have appliance issues in the future, I will contact AGB first thing."

"I would highly recommend Premium's appliance repair services. They responded immediately to my request for service. After describing the problem (leaking refrigerator), the manager was able to quote a very fair price and set an appointment for first thing the next day. Meanwhile, he patiently explained what he believed to be the problem, and he advised what to do until a repairman came. The repairman was on time, professional and completed the repair within a little more than an hour of his arrival. He cleaned his worksite and assured me that the problem is solved. I am so relieved that it was not the disaster that I first believed, and that I hired an honest, efficient company to resolve my problem."

"Great service from our technician Jamell! He quickly solved the problem with our gas dryer, had the parts ordered in a day, and completed the repair on a Saturday morning. I will absolutely call Mr Appliance again! Thanks guys."

"Found the problem quickly. Removed the ice from my freezer. Had to order computer board but got refrigerator working temporarily. Returned as promised and finished repairs. Very efficient and knowledgeable. A pleasant experience. No hassles and reasonable price"

"I think this is the best appliance repair company I've ever used. They answered the phone on the first call, scheduled a same day appliance repair and completed the repair with parts they anticipated they would need. Their pricing is upfront and very reasonable. They go above and beyond what I've ever experienced with other companies."

"Global Repairs did an excellent job repairing our French door refrigerator/freezer. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and once the parts came in quickly fixed it. I highly recommend them and would use them again."

"Service Master was quick to respond to my request for help with a gas oven that was not working. We scheduled a time that was convenient for me (a weekend), and the technician showed up ahead of schedule (which was good). He very quickly identified the problem, gave me a quote for repair, then fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. I was very happy with their responsiveness, price, and quality."
