"I got a call from R & E Chief Septic llc after contacting Angi’s List, they asked if I knew the location of the tank and I said yes but it was buried, the woman on the line said they would get the drawings from the county, that same day I got a call from Juan one of the employees and he said he was going to stop buy and mark the location, I was not home but when I got home I could see white flags in the yard. They also recommended installing an above ground cover for the next pump out. I got 2 more estimates and they were all higher and neither company offered to come out and mark the tank. We went with R & E Chief because of the great up front customer service. Need to give a shout out to Juan, Fredy and Paco they did an excellent job. And also the woman who answered the phone. So if you need septic work done, put this company at the top of your list. Ron Welch"

My plumber was knowledgeable and conscientious -- and a very smart and proactive problem solver as well! "We were having problems with our septic. 1 st we had the tank pumped. Continued to have problems with backing up. Zack and his helper came out and snaked the clean out pipe. Worked for a couple weeks backed up again. Bryan and his helper came out and snaked the pipe again and ran the camera in the pipe which showed tree roots clogging up the pipe. He then ran a root cutting tool in the pipe. As Bryan was doing all of this he explained everything he was doing and why. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was excellent. He advised we need a crew to dig up the pipe to the tank. Jay and Cody came out and dug up the pipe and inlet access and found clog mixed with tree roots. They cleaned everything up and all is working. Thank all of you guys for your help. I would recommend all them !"
