"Everything was excellent. The team identified the hole in our pool liner. On the day of replacing the liner, identified a potentially severe issue with the structure of the pool. Provided a recommendation for a replacement pool. Proceeded to remove the old pool and excavate the land in preparation for construction of the new pool. Once the new pool arrived, they constructed the pool and constructed new outline landscaping around the pool. "I actually had this done two years ago. Dave at Allegro was very customer-focused. His work crews were on time, got the job done as quickly as could be expected, and left the area very clean when finished. Two years later and the pool still looks like new -- as it should, I guess. My recommendation: If you are doing a plaster pool remodel, get the Diamond Brite surfacing (quartz crystals infused in the plaster). It looks better, and the plaster will last longer because it is reinforced by the quartz aggregate as opposed to just plain plaster). It's an extra $3,000 upgrade for my size pool, but I think it will be well worth it."
