"Excellent! I have contractors doing work in my yard. They managed to blow out several electric outlets, by leaving a live cord in the pouring rain. Needless to say I was frustrated, not knowing the extent of the damage, on a brand new electrical box. ( Installed by my hero’s Mr. Electric) John Kane came to my rescue, this time. Not certain John knows what a caring and calming presence he has, in addition to his professionalism. I’ll be asking for John to return to install a circuit breaker on my panel, in the near future! Thanks John."

"Fast, efficient and did a great job."

"Key Electric is very professional, attentive, thorough, and fair priced. Great communication."

"They came in a replace my power pole and panel box. Along with adding a outlet for my generator to be plugged into. So when the power goes out all I have to do it shut off the main breaker and start up my generator. They did an excellent job. Cleaned up all their mess and left my yard like they were not even there. I will use them again for any other electrical needs that may occur. Thank you guys! Great Job!!"

"Wonderful company. Arrived on time, gave me a fair estimate. Stephen finished the project in less than an hour. He noticed a problem with a circuit breaker. Sent me an estimate to replace that - BUT, no pressure to buy or repair. Can't go wrong with Mr. Sparky and Stephen."

"Very pleased with the service we received. On time and punctual. Clean and professional company. Highly recommend and will continue to use them in the future."

"The electrician explained how he was going to do the work and asked what items I wanted him to pick up for me like the type ceiling fan and exhaust fans. He was very polite and explained my options so I understood. AARROW is now my Electric Company. Willis made an appointment to do this work and had me sitting around all day waiting for them. They were scheduled for 9-11am I called and spoke to their receptionist at 5:45 and she said she was surprised the guy didn't show up yet or call. She then told me that she was going to call him to see what was going on and that she would call me back, I never heard a word from them after that. I searched Angie's List and made an appointment with AARROW and they showed up on time and did an excellent job, Willis lost out on $570.00.

"I hired this company to repair some outlets in one of my bedrooms and was very pleased with the outcome. The two men who handled this project were very efficient and pleasant; the price was very reasonable considering additional work was required. I would definitely hire this company again."
