"I highly recommend Bryan's Home Improvement and Handyman Services. The owner Bryan Grubb was wonderful. He and his staff assisted me in every stage of the remodeling of my bathroom. We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. Bryan's handymen, led by Jorge, were professional, timely, efficient, knowledgeable, artistic and neat. They did a fantastic job on my bathroom. I can't thank them enough. I will recommend them to everyone I know. I will definitely hire them again. A+++"

"I had a tree fall on my house back in June 2020 which caused major damage to the back of my home. I called several contractor's but I wasn't pleased with their assessment. I then came across Legacy Construction and they were great from the start. I spoke to Mrs. Diane on the phone and she was great, she gathered a lot of information from me and told me that I was in good hands and informed me that Gary the project manager will be contacting me shortly. After speaking to Gary he explained to me the first thing that needed to be done is the property needed to be tarped asap because the home is being exposed to water which is causing further damage and causing mold to building up because water has been coming into the property for almost two months. Gary informed me step by step room by room what damages the tree caused and how he was going to fix the water damages and the damages done to the frame of the home. After speaking to Gary I was sold and stopped looking for a contractor to fix my house. I would definitely recommend Legacy Construction to anybody that needs work done to their home. Their customer service and workmanship is great I would highly recommend."

"I am totally satisfied with the Deck construction work done by S&A Royalty Contracting LLC on my back yard. From the start to the end, the discussion, pricing, design, permits, actual construction work and finish work were perfectly done to my satisfaction. The pricing was reasonable. All necessary additional work like moving plumbing and laying out decorative pebble stones was nicely done. My deck looks vibrant with sand grey Trex flooring and white railing with black balustrades. The bottom of the stair riser was founded on concrete, which is another plus for maintaining the riser and I really like that.
