 Bill and Dan did  a great job under 'emergency' circumstances.  My sewer line had backed up and was leaking inside my basement.  I phoned them on a Saturday morning and they arrived within hours.  They were obviously veteran plumbers with years of experience ... they knew what to do.  Came in a van that seemed to be well-stocked with tools and spare parts.  My job needed a special part.. they were out of that one but were able to source and procure it within an hour.  That was good because my situation was urgent.  They used a 'snake' to fish out the debris and a section of scrap PVC pipe from the vent line, a point of blockage.  They worked until job was complete the same day.  .

 I would recommend them, especially for difficult drainage problems.

"Workers arrived on-time for free estimate and on the day if repair. Workers were professional, thorough, and honest. They gave me multiple options for repair or replacement and explain the pros and cons of both scenarios. We went with the more expensive option of replacing the pipe as the new material used will not leak and therefore, we should never need this work completed again; if the pipe were repaired, it could leak in another section."

"Had a leaky pipe in the kitchen sink, as well as a couple of other potential issues. Got three estimates, and Super Rooter was in line with the others. But I chose them because the owner's son, Frank (I believe that's his name . . . they were here in July, so obviously this is a delayed review), was patient in answering all of my myriad questions and I appreciated that. He came back to do the job at the kitchen sink, and he did it well. Ultimately, I didn't need to address either of the other two things I had initially got estimates for (though I might have to with one of them . . . my fingers are crossed). I give them a "B" on price because I can't accurately gauge the market price for the service that was rendered, but since Super Rooter was in line with the others I'll give them a positive grade. And I give them a "B" on responsiveness because after Frank went back to the office with marching orders to have them follow up to set up a service call, I never heard from them. And so, several days later, I was surprised when Frank rang my doorbell with tools in hand. This is a family-run business, and evidently the mother and/or sister responsible for making appointments fumbled the assignment because they never called me. It’s a good thing I work from home and was around. I probably should give them a “C” for that, but Frank helped them gain the “B” when he called to say he’d be late before arriving to give the initial estimate. Regardless, I won’t hesitate to call Super Rooter if and when the next plumbing issue arises."

"The job went extremely well. Hector came out on Sunday to give me an estimate and was able to do the job a few days later. He installed and painted a new door in the bathroom. I am really pleased with the results. Hector cleaned up all the debris and removed the old door from the premises.
