My sofa is absolutely beautiful, I could not be more pleased. So pleased in fact, that I asked Diane give me a price to convert my wood table into a kitchen island. "Everything went beautifully with our sump pump installation, the new shutters, and the lamp post. Wally and his assistant are professional, thorough, hardworking, and punctual. We would definitely call Wally again. He and his team have the capability to do a variety of work. They just so happen to be “water in basement experts,” which is how we found them. The sump pump was our overwhelming need; we asked Wally to replace some outdoor shutters and fix our lamp post when he was here examining our basement before giving us a sump pump estimate. He completed all three jobs with his assistant over two days."

"These guys put the ‘master’ back in ‘craftsman’! Once on the job, they are on-the-job! Professionals, they will arrive early, work all day and clean up their mess before leaving. If there’s a question about how to address an issue, they will ask the customer, but always have solutions to offer. Make sure you have all the items you’re responsible for ordered (appliances, counter top, cabinets, faucet, hardware etc.) and in-house, or with delivery dates because you will have trouble keeping up with them once they start! Quality of work is outstanding and always with an attention to detail. The job stayed on budget, all additional work was done under change orders – except one instance. Make certain to ask whether any changes being discussed come under the scope of the contract or are additional work. This is particularly important with sub-contractors like plumbing and electrical."
