"Eduardo and his father have done and continue to do a variety of landscaping work for us, including de-sodding to lay gravel pathways and put in planter beds (and installing planter beds), spreading soil and wildflower seeds, installing river rock scaping, installing a sprinkler system for planter beds, fruit trees and a greenhouse (using a Rachio system we purchased and prefer), leveling a sloped and uneven surface for a patio area, installing deer fencing, mowing and cleanup, among other projects. I have worked with people and companies across many trades and do handy work and carpentry myself (but am less experienced with landscaping). I am very detail-oriented and finicky. I demand frequent communication and discussion. I want professional input and advice. And I am cost conscious. I highly recommend Eduardoâ s company. While I have not always expected upfront estimates and quotes for discrete projects from Eduardo â a risk I rarely take with most tradespeople â I believe his prices are fair and highly competitive. He works independently and conscientiously, but always seeks clarification when necessary. I have not thrown a project at him that he cannot handle. It is such a pleasure to work with professional, competent, fair, responsive and timely people. Eduardo is such a person. You will not be disappointed!"

"Luis has maintained our garden for three years, plus periodic special projects. He and his crew always do excellent work and tidy away all debris. Recommended him to two friends, and now they are his customers as well. Highly recommended."

"These guys were great. Although they were booked a few months out, it was worth the wait. Our front yard looks fantastic now with new sod and restored plant beds. They also built raised beds for vegetable gardening on a hard scape installed alongside our house, which have drawn several compliments already. Mark responded quickly to our questions and helped us stay within our budget. They showed up on time with a crew of 8 and got things done within the stated timeline. Importantly, they cleaned up all of their trimmings, etc., and left our driveway cleaner than it has been in years. If you want a top-notch professional job done with no worries, call Full Throttle!"

"I've used Aquasense for a few years now - first to put in a back flow system for our lawn irrigation system and a few times to tweak things. Today, Mitchell, one of their crew, came out and did an amazing job. There were several things that weren't going right with the system and Mitchell stayed...in the heat...for hours determined to resolve the issues once and for all. He did so graciously and is a great example of the professionalism of the team at Aquasense. I found them working in another yard several years back and have not been sorry for following through. Would recommend them highly to anyone!"

FAQs for lawn and garden sprinkler system installation projects in Silverdale, WA

While drip irrigation systems have higher upfront costs, they can save you money in the long run. By delivering water directly into the soil with minimal evaporation and runoff, drip irrigation systems conserve water and improve efficiency. This means better performance and results for your landscaping, and cost savings over the system's lifespan.

Yes, irrigation systems can add value to your home, especially when installed with high-quality materials and a solid design. A well-irrigated landscape enhances curb appeal and can attract potential buyers. However, poor design or installation may reduce performance and even decrease your property's value. Hiring an expert for installation and performing regular maintenance is key to securing the long-term benefits.

A local irrigation professional can help you check your drip irrigation system to make sure it's in good shape. You'll want to make sure the water pressure is in a good range, repair any leaks as soon as possible, and cover the cost to winterize your sprinkler system as recommended by your irrigation contractor.

A drip irrigation system lasts between 10 and 15 years. This lifespan is determined by the quality of materials, the precision of installation, and regular professional maintenance. Unlike traditional sprinkler systems that can last up to 50 years, the thinner piping used in drip systems is more sensitive to UV exposure and environmental wear. Proper upkeep and timely repairs enhance durability and ensure consistent irrigation performance.

Drip irrigation is best suited for plant beds, containers, greenhouses, and row crops. It supplies water directly to individual plants, ensuring precise moisture control where it is needed most. For areas with simple layouts, above-ground systems work efficiently, while subsurface installations may be cost-prohibitive in spaces with extensive tree roots or irregular terrain. Proper planning maximizes the benefits of drip irrigation across a variety of applications.
