Luis came out the next day and had a very clear explanation of what need to be done and the timeframe involved, along with a very fair estimate. "Had a circuit breaker trip and did the usual to try and get it to reset (GFCI buttons on electrical outlets, test button in the panel box). Reached out to Go Green and per their request, sent a picture of my panel box. They called me, instructed me to try one more test and wa-la, it worked . . lights and electrical outlets are working! If that wasn't great enough, there was no charge for the phone service. They are now in my address book for the next time I need electrical work or for anyone who reaches out asking for a referral."
