Anthony spent 30-45 minutes on the phone discussing various model options before Evan arrived to take photos and assess the installation. Evan then presented us with clear bids for 2 different model options and returned with a colleague to install the new unit 2 days later. We would recommend this company to anyone wanting a tankless water heater. We also liked how the bid and invoicing process was handled 100% electronically.
