The window placed by Egree Inc is perfect. Was it more expensive - not much more than as egress window placed in 2013 that was equal in quality. It was also permitted, inspected, and sits level without leftover glue seeping out the sides. Was there a wait time - not more than I would expect from any quality provider. "I had a difficult exterior leak in stucco that was quite small. Rather than a sump pump they sealed the outside wall. But they left a gap at the top of the impermeable material that they adhered to the wall. This had to be repaired. Still not entirely convinced that it will adhere due to the rough surface of the stucco. There is only a one year warrantee on an exterior patch like this whereas an internal fix is much longer. Was expensive for the amount of time actually expended."
