"My Remedy Plumber arrived on time and didn’t really charge me for his service because he stated what he needed to do may not fix my problem because I needed a new faucet which he did not have. Water was running from both the tub’s faucet and the shower head. After pulling off the faucet and making a minor adjustment to a washer within the faucet the problem was "temporary" fixed, the washer was damaged. He stated that a new faucet was needed and that I could call back to have that installed. I thanked him, gave him a small thank you gift, and he was on his way. I was thankful that this plumber had "integrity" and did not try to overcharge me for work that did not fix my problem. I would surly hire this company again!!"

The repair was not an emergency since there was a dedicated shutoff valve, and so we agreed he would come back to the house in a few days on Saturday AM to do the work. Initially, spoke to Chris, who was pleasant and upfront with the per hour fees, for emergency services. "This company was highly rated on Home Advisor. That is why I hired them. They sent a **junior** plumber to rework the pipes in the shower of a 60-year-old house. I also asked that a new faucet be installed in the lower-level bathroom. In the case of the bathroom repiping, a couple of mistakes were made according to the tile installer who had to ask for a correction. In the case of the lower bathroom faucet, I was told that because of the pedestal sink, a portion of the bathroom wall would have to be replaced. I certainly did not want that to occur to replace a faucet. Ultimately, this inexperienced plumber asked the main office to send another plumber to do the work and determine how to save the wall in the process. Day 2, a more experienced plumber came, changed the faucet without further adieu. The total cost of all of this far exceeded what I expected."
