They performed an interior, exterior, and attic inspection, along with blower door and thermal camera inspection which showed temperatures of heat loss. Shortly after the audit was performed, Larry provided me with a 17-page Energy Audit Report which included the inspection results, recommendations, thermal images, and photographs of places we have never seen.  We scheduled the work to be completed immediately. The guys were very clean, respectful, and completed the work in a timely manner. Mike explained everything, answered all my questions, and was very knowledgeable. We noticed results that night! The rooms were warmer and our heat was not turning on or running constantly. We also noticed a MAJOR savings in our electric bill.  High Performance Home did a fabulous job! "Had 270' of new wood fence installed, no removal of old fence was needed. Jeff personally came to do the estimate, which was a nice personal touch unlike the bigger fencing companies that send salespeople out. Jeff's prices were reasonable for the scope of work and being the owner and not a salesperson, he was able to explain the whole construction process from start to finish. His crew came right on time and finished the job in one day. They worked tirelessly and did a fantastic job. The fence went up a month or so before the huge windstorms that came through the area, and the fence didn't even budge. Many other fences fell over! Great workmanship, reasonable pricing."

"I had a terrific experience working with Fredy and his crew of Maxc Impressions. Fredy is smart, organized, honest, and an excellent communicator. The primary job was to paint a house in Rockville I was getting ready to put on market – mostly interior but some exterior portions as well. The crew worked straight and tirelessly for about a week-and-a-half. I didn't even have the house completely cleared-out as I intended when they started working, and they just moved stuff and worked around it. <p></p> I scheduled a meeting with Fredy to get an estimate; he arrived promptly and was polite and detailed - taking pictures of specific items as we went through the house. He e-mailed a proposal within a few days. His cost was reasonable and amongst the other contractors I met with, his proposal was the most specific and thorough. I gave the okay and his crew started working within a couple days. <p></p> At maximum, there were perhaps a dozen crew members working on different things around the house. Beyond painting, the crew also did minor carpentry, floor installation, power-washing, trash haul-away, siding patches, dismantled a metal shed, and replaced electrical fixtures,. A lot these things were add-on items beyond the original proposal. Fredy would give the options and the costs and would only proceed if I gave the okay. At the end of the project, they cleaned-up after themselves (they would also cover-up and sweep at the end of each day) and even labeled all the leftover paint cans which I really appreciated. <p></p> During the project Fredy and I would correspond through calls and text. When I texted he would respond back within a few minutes – a couple hours tops. For more detailed matters, he would e-mail things like itemized lists and costs. Sometimes when I talk to contractors, I have to worry if they really understood the main gist or underlying issue of something. I never had to worry about this with Fredy; he is always on point, understands my concerns, and gives me the insights and the best options. The crew was skillful, hard-working, and polite. When I was in the house trying to clear things out, they would subtly shift their working area from where I was. <p></p> Overall, this was one of the best working experiences I’ve had on a larger project. I highly recommend Fredy and MaxC."

"Wonderfully! Despite the monsoon-like weather in early November 2018, FINE's crew came in and found a way to complete the job in a little more than two days. Mike and his sales team were friendly and upfront about the job, we chose the best solution for the task at hand, and top-quality materials and installation practices were used to ensure a long life for the three-board paddock fence with wire-mesh pet fencing that was installed. The installation crew was efficient and on-task, even working in the rain to get the job done. Very pleased with the process and the outcome."

"My builder did a very poor job on my lower deck. Prime replaced a column that was missing a brace and had warped. They replaced nails with bolts and replaced other warped boards. This all had to be done BEFORE any under decking could be added. They added a drainage system so that water drained from above and away from the house. I could not be happier with the results. I would use them again for any work."

"yeah, I got my stuff done, but it was no picnic for me paying for 2 guys for 4 hours while only one guy works. Not a good deal for the consumer, we paid a lot and some of the work was real bad, half assed because they were too cheap to send someone out to look at what was needed, buy the correct materials, and then do the job. Use one name for your company, not two. It just makes things a lot clearer who you are. Don't offer this deal, it sucks, and stinks that I have to pay someone to redo part of this job."

"I cannot recommend this company HIGH ENOUGH!! The entire crew, the owner, his brother, and Steve Hash were fabulous. This was quite a job (recondition a large screened in porch, including replacing screens, replace and install a new fence on a 1/2 acre lot, create new stairs, recondition two level deck) with three different professionals doing or overseeing all the work. The work crews for the fence (owner and workers) and porch and deck (Steve, Marlene and Francesco, and Michael the carpenter)) and the carpenter who created and installed the stairs (Dillion) were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and some of the hardest working people I have ever worked with and I have worked with a lot including as a government construction contracting specialist! Hire Them!"
