They did not use high-pressure sales tactics such as hard sells and "today-only" pricing that seem to be common in the window industry. The quote and details about the windows was more detailed than the quotes I received from competitors. The project manager, David, was helpful and accommodating; he was willing to meet on evenings or weekends, and he answered my questions and any requests for quote adjustments promptly. One thing I didn't like was that they did not inform me before the installation that the replacement windows are insert replacements, meaning that you end up losing 1-1.5 inches of glass on each side due to the extra frame."

Randy figured out how to get it fixed properly and still finish the project on time. The additional cost was minimal, and my kitchen looks great! Randy also had some suggestions for lighting replacement that was inexpensive, so easy that I was able to do it. and it really sets off the new kitchen."

"I need decking for a 15 year old 16x24 foot deck replaced. Upon removal of the rotten decking it was discovered that many of the supports were also rotten, Eli was able to replace or repair all the cross beams and supports. He replaced all the decking and lattice work. The deck is now structurally more sound than before and saved me a lot of money instead of building a whole new deck.
