"I spoke to Richard Carroll over the phone in about an hour after using Home Advisor..He gave me a quote over the telephone..about 2 weeks later I called him and scheduled an appointment,.the workers arrived on time and got started immediately..after the insulation removal we had set a date for them to come and blow in the new insulation,but I had to call and get the date changed to the following day,and the workers were here and got the insulation blown in in about 1.5 hours,and cleaned up after. If I ever need any insulation removed/installed again I will not hesitate to call Mr.Richard Carroll and have them come back out..the workers were vey polite and answered any questions I had. "The man who actually DID the spray foam was EXCELLENT!!!! His "HELPER", Johnny Hightower who was supposed to do the clean up was not so good!!!! He basically sat in a chair for 2 days and did a terrible clean up job!!!!!! We had to go back and clean up after Hightower and haul off ALL of the trash left behind!!! Also having to scrape places that were missed completely!!!!"
