"On April 26, 2021 we used Freedom Plumbing Heat & Air to address a plumbing issue with one of our toilets. I called a few days before that, and they promptly returned my phone call and got me scheduled for service. The gentleman that they sent out was professional and efficient. He removed the stool, replaced & upgraded the wax gasket, replaced the stool, and even addressed a couple of faucet issues I had in the bathroom and kitchen. He did all of this in a little less than an hour. I was VERY impressed with the speed and quality of his work, and the price we were charged was very fair and reasonable. This is going to be the only plumbing company we use going forward."

"I had completed the same repair on my previous house in the past and it was a simple process. I expected the replacement kit would cost about $20-$40. I was told by their office when I made the appointment that I would be told of any other repairs needed before work was commenced. They replaced the toilet bowl kit and also a short water hose leading into the water tank without talking to me. The total cost over $260 for what I thought would be a simple project. I feel taken advantage of."

"I was referred to Dan (DunRite) when I was having trouble with my warranty companies plumber they were making bad decisions. DunRite replaced about 30 ft of sewer line in my backyard and went above beyond fixing my problem, to include fixing the last companies mistakes. Most recently I had a blockage and they came out next day and fixed the problem, Dan the owner could tell I was having a bad day and said" this ones on me".
