There were some edge ceiling tiles that needed to be removed to reach the power line and Bill did very clean work with the removal and disposal. Bill showed cross sections of the older range power line and the new line installed, describing the differences in insulation and safety features of the newer line. Bill went above and beyond by detecting the wrong cord on the new range, and replaced this with the proper range gauge power cord. Bill also helped us to correctly position and level the new range appliance. I called several based on their Angies List reviews. John answered my call, and gave me an approximate time when he could be here. He called later to give me an update on his arrival time. Upon arrival, John proceeded to diagnose the problem. He provided me the pricing in advance. He spent quite a bit of time diagnosing, pointing out some other things, tightening up some other connections, etc. He found the problem and fixed the wiring in the box, and explained to me what was wrong.
