Sergio arrived right on time and completed the work quickly at a reasonable price. I was impressed that the replacement was a good quality faucet - the same that I would have used if doing the repair myself. Sergio was very professional and polite. "I was very pleased with all the work Joe did at my Mom's house and mine in Cary. At my Mom's he put in a new utility sink and repaired it and also repaired a significant leak downline from a toilet. When I saw the quality of his work I hired him to work at my house. There he removed and replaced a hot water heater and repaired a big leak in my utility sink and replaced the faucet. With the water heater he had to remove the black pipe to remove the heater then repipe after. After he was done both houses were cleaner in the areas he worked . I would hire him again if I need any plumbing done in the future."

"It was a rainy weekend…We had rapid leaking from the pipes in our basement ceiling (discovered over the weekend). We had called or regular company and other plumbers/services and all “took a message” or flat out said they were not available. Sunday morning I decided to try one more time. Rob answered the phone himself and offered to come over later in the day. He called back to let me know the exact time of his arrival. I didn’t know the source of the water so we weren’t doing laundry or dishes. Rob arrived and quickly located the source of the water and repaired the problem. Had this company come out again today due to a small and slow leak (different issue than previous visit). I was quoted double what the first job cost and this job is just replacing a single pipe. The technician was friendly but man, just feel like they were taking advantage of the situation. Pretty let down."
