"My tech was very professional. He showed up before time, very patient and explained all repair options the company offered and pricing. He had all parts on hand didn’t have to wait to get door repaired. At first I felt price was to high but after seeing what the technician had to go through to repair my garage door after the previous owners went the cheap route I felt great I chose this company to do the repair!! He explained every part answer all my questions. Before he left he double checked his work and made sure everything was operating properly he lubed every hinge and spring. I have to say I’m very impressed with this company I’m also impressed they came and did the work on a Sunday. This company will definitely be doing all my garage repair work as long as I own my home."

"Repair job turned into a new opener installation. Felt their diagnosis and recommendation to install new opener was honest and fair. Honored (without asking) an old coupon 'sticker' on the garage door for labor discount and also one for a free keypad opener. And accepted a free service call discount for mentioning the phone book ad. Very professional job and customer interaction. Very pleased overall. Only 4.5 stars above ...because very little is truly worth 5 stars, IMHO."

"Great customer service. Was able to correct the problem with my overhead garage door. Jake went over and above and helped me with some other things concerning garage doors. I would highly recommend their services."

"Excellent. Work was done efficiently and great advice given for future care/replacement of garage doors."

"I had an excellent experience with Lee Garage Door and Repair! They came out quickly and did a fantastic job replacing my broken spring. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The repair was done efficiently, and my garage door is working perfectly again."

"I like the quality of the work done by this provider. The provider came quickly for this.
The provider is skillful and did a better job on fixing the leaking shower knob than two other providers that quoted me a much higher price and much work involved like cutting into my dry wall.
However, we did not discuss about the pricing up front for the cost to search for a place to put a water shutoff valve.
It took a over an hour. It was not clear to me how much was for the change of fixing the shower knob and how much was for the other things.

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
