Every question and concern I could think of, Robert thoroughly explained the issues & options available to remedy the situations, including the Federal Tax incentives. No high pressure, 10 year warranty on work by the company. In retrospect now, no paperwork either. I did use Brooks Heating & Air-conditioning to handle my HVAC needs post purchase. Months have passed, Robert has not given me any invoices or paperwork for the $17,000 of work he did here. I only have included owners/operation manuals included with the units themselves. I do not have proper paperwork for the High Efficiency tax credit program, costing me thousands of dollars. He fails to return calls & messages.
