"Work was for a few tile grout items, mainly re-grouting vanity countertop in two bathrooms and a shower stall. High quality work, fair price. Minor touch-up was needed a couple of weeks later; handled effectively."

"Jim was very professional throughout the entire process. Was on time for any meetings and if he needed to change the date or time of any meeting, he gave me plenty of notice that a change was needed. Workers were professional and courteous. During our initial meeting Jim brought samples of gutter and siding material and explained the differences between the products.  I had 3 other estimates for the work and Jim was the only one that brought samples.
When the bulk of the work was completed, Jim met with me and created a punch list of touch up items that needed to be done and completed that work in a timely manor.
Two minor disappointments:
1. Workers doing the soffit/gutters piled their ladders and other materials on top of some of the shrubbery in the front of the house when they had finished work for the day.
2.  There was a mistake with the size of the shutters ordered for the windows, the shutters were installed even though they were not the correct size.  Jim was very apologetic, ordered the correct size and offered to compensate me for the inconvenience.
I am very, very pleased with the work that was done by Home Crafters, my wife and I love how the house looks and would definitely recommend them and use them again.

"Great! They were quick and professional and did a wonderful job on my fence."

"The process was very good and fair. The Madden Brothers stayed in constant communication with us during the project. They were on-time and clean.

"They have already been to my house three times! They put up my trampoline for me, Stained outdoor furniture for me, And then I have asked them to do a lot of other odd jobs. They work the whole time and are super professional!"

"Two gentlemen arrived on time and spent 3-4 hours refinishing my tub. They were very professional and they sold me a tub mat as well. I would recommend this company to anyone as they have been in business for a while. I was a little disappointed in the overall quality of the job as it has some rough surfaces on the top and sides of the tub however; it was much cheaper than buying another cast iron tub and the removal of the old one would have created additional problems."

"I called Ray per his Angie's List special, and he gave me a quick quote.  We wanted him to do the work, and he was able to fit us in, and we scheduled an afternoon appointment later on that week.  On the scheduled day, he called to give us a heads up that he was delayed a bit because he was still working on his morning job, but it wasn't a problem for us.  When he came, he and his assistant worked hard to get the everything swapped out.  He stayed until 11 p.m. to make sure the job was finished.  We were very impressed with his dedication and work ethic.  They did a great job cleaning up, and we would not hesitate to call him again.

"The bathroom went great! We got a custom floor and shower. Vaulted ceilings. I'm so excited to show friends and family! Sl contractors are currently working on my dressing room and I cant wait to see!"

"Everything was done quickly and efficiently. The owner replaced the kitchen faucet that the crew accidently threw away with the old sink (it had been a fairly new faucet) with a similar one. Crews showed up when they were expected and were professional."

"Mr K repaired my Garbage Disposal. Working on also replacing the Faucets in my 1st floor bathroom."
