"After reviewing the reviews left on Angie’s List, I decided to go with AAA One Stop Appliance Service. After the conversation Mike, the owner, and I had concerning my leaking washing machine. We scheduled a date for him or his father to check out the washing machine. I provided the make and model number of my washing machine prior to the arrival of the technician. Mike Sr. arrived on time and started troubleshooting my machine. Based on the symptoms, he ordered the part since they didn’t have the part in stock. We setup a new install date based on the part arrival. Mike Sr. was extremely nice and professional toward helping me understand the purpose of the part and the possible reason for the failure. Mike Sr. showed up at the appointed time and removed and replaced the part. He tested on the machine numerous times to ensure it worked. I hadn’t had any problems out of the washing machine since the repair. Mike Sr. is a great communicator and helped me to understand the job in layman terms. I would recommend AAA One Stop Appliance Service for all your appliance repair needs."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Very quick to respond, provide quote for repair and advise on timing of services."

"Thank you Jose for the amazing work!! I initially hired him to fix the weather strippings on my doors but I then had him replace my living room ceiling fan since I already had him there and it was so quick and very smoothly done!! I will definitely be calling him back for any of my home repairs."

Fast and accurate. Quality is most important.

"We have a leaky non ice making french door fridge. I need to share this business, as they are the best I have found in this area and it is always hard to find a good honest repair person, especially for appliances. First off, he was early. Called ahead and asked if he could come, a lot don't even show up. I had a plumber on Wed said he needed a part, would bring Thurs and never called or returned!! This guy came and found the issue, told me it wasn't worth the cost of the fridge to repair. Showed me a couple of things the last guy had rigged to keep it going. Only charged $50 for the house call, even though he was here for 1 1/2 hours! Really appreciate the honesty and recommend him highly. Will definitely call him again. He even said I could call if I had questions when purchasing a new one and told me a few to stay away from. Thanks Song!!"

"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Office staff was very friendly and they were able to send technicians in less than 2 hours. They were knowledgeable, professional, and repaired my stove top in no time at all. Thank you for the great service and expertise!"

"I HAD MICHAEL REPAIR MY OVEN DOOR GLASS. HE WAS SO NICE TO OFFER TO BUY THE GLASS ON EBAY TO SAVE ABOUT $60.00 INSTEAD OF ME PAYING FOR THE PART FROM THE ONLINE PARTS STORE. THE EBAY GLASS WAS TOO SHORT SO HE HAD TO PUT IN THE ONE FROM THE PARTS STORE. IT WAS THE THOUGHT THAT COUNTS EVEN THOUGH THE EBAY GLASS DID NOT WORK. I REALLY APPRECIATED MICHAEL TRYING TO SAVE ME MONEY. NOT MANY PEOPLE DO THAT. I WOULD RECOMMEND AAA ONE STOP APPLIANCE SERVICE TO ANYONE NEEDING HELP."
