"I had an issue with my main sewer I called simply and Michelle got some out to me the same day."

"I called Don to fix a leaking water line from a previous fridge that had been taken out that had an ice/water maker. Don came to my appt exactly on time and he was efficient and quick for the repair. No talking on cell phone re private calls etc. It ended up being a less involved repair than originally anticipated and he did not try to upsell me or do more complicated work than was necessary so the final cost came in a bit under original phone quote which was very nice. This is an new home for me and there was another concern that came up last night that Don could not stay for to complete bc he had another appt after me to be on time for (great reliability for all his customers!) but he did take the time to explain what was needed for that future appt which was courteous. Also I am a single woman and felt completely safe having Don in my home. In an additional plus, he was friendly to my dog who I only had to put away bc heâ s a wild boy and very nosy but Don seemed that he would be comfortable around a calm dog. I would absolutely hire Don again."

"I had an excellent experience with Jackpot Plumbing installing my Novo water softener. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions, completed the installation with great attention to detail, and left everything clean when they were done. The system is working perfectly, and I can already tell a difference in my home’s water quality. If you’re looking for a reliable plumbing company for a water softener installation or any plumbing work, I highly recommend Jackpot Plumbing. Great service and quality workmanship!"

"Wonderful experience with City Wide. Came out for an estimate on a Monday, gave a VERY fair price compared to other quotes I had received, and started and completed the job the very next day (main water line replacement). I couldn't have asked for an easier or better experience!"

"Service guy was very friendly and explained everything that needed to be repaired"

"The quality of the work was fine and the plumber was courteous. However, the amount charged for the work done was like a defense contractor billing the government. I was billed over $200 to pull the rubber dishwasher waste line hose from the air gap to the garbage disposal and have cleaned it out. Most likely cleaned with a bottle brush or a rag on a stick. Then almost $400 to pull the toilet and put it back after the flange was replaced. Thats like a mechanic charging you to take the tire on and off to fix the brakes. Then the flange repair, approximately a $12 part, was almost another $400. Total time on the job, maybe 45 minutes. These prices are shameful."

"Walter and his partner were efficient, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. I would use them in future plumbing projects."
