They had to jackhammer the flooring in order to find a massive crack in a very old pipe and they were able to replace it while also fixing a leaking toilet. "Previously, I had gotten burned by a plumber from a different company during a water heater installation (literally, the house was on fire from blow torch - welding pipes) which made me very skeptical. When Moe and John arrived we reviewed the job and discussed the coupon that was offered as part of the service. When I learned that there were issues because of the "fine print" details of the job, I was ready to end the conversation and move on to the plumbing company. However, they were quick to honor the spirit of the coupon, gave me a fair price (though it was a little more than I initially wanted to spend - the job was more involved than I first thought) and even went with me to Home Depot to provide hands on recommendations regarding the replacement faucet. I paid for the faucet myself, so there was no mark up on the price and they installed it immediately; checking for leaks throughout the process to make sure there were no issues. "Weather Busters send a crew of three early this morning.  They kept busy removing all piping etc. of the oil unit and then installing a natural gas boiler.   They reinstalled all the associated piping and wiring.   When they were done they took the time (even though it was getting late) to check to make sure everything was working properly and explained the functions of different parts installed.  They left the booklets and all the information with me. I received a fantastic job again through Angie's List.  I recommend them to anybody installing a heating unit.   When finished, and without stopping for an evening meal, they cleaned up the work area very well.  I am overly pleased of the great job they did.  I joked with them by saying they will be paid with pennies.  But they are worth every cent I paid.  Thanks again The Weather Busters.
