"They destroyed the whole pipes that caused flooding to my neighbors. The water was off and every other day we need to go out to the street to turn it on. This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch. "My front-load washing machine was leaking and my neighbor recommended Zajic. Best decision I made was to have them come out to fix the problem (very old gaskets). Justin M was extremely knowledgeable, fixed the problem and also checked the water pump. Turns out there was about $1 worth of change rattling around in there. Since the washer and dryer are stacked units built into a cabinet, I thought it was going to be major work. Justin M completed the work in less than 1 hour without having to take the machine apart. I highly recommend them."
