"This morning I woke up to a refrigerator that was clearly out of temp. I came to this page and searched for repairmen. I found the card for Mr. Hood at Complete Appliance Care in Clayton, NC. If youâ re seeing this post I encourage you to save this number in your cellphone right now so that when something breaks in your house you have it. I called Mr Hood at 8am in a panic. I had to throw away everything in my refrigerator and freezer. He arranged to come to my house within 3 hours of my call. I sent him pictures of the Lg Refrigerator serial number and my address and he arrived prepared for the job. Within no time he had assessed the issue and informed me that it would be covered by warranty. There was no cost to me for his service. He replaced all the parts he needed to and within 2 hours he was done. Everything was fixed. He was professional, respectful and knowledgeable about his trade. I feel so blessed to have been able to have worked with him today and I wanted to share this with the community. He was such a good and honest man and provided excellent customer service!
