"I repaired it myself. I called Bosch Customer Service (800-944-2904). They said they couldn't come until 9/30. Gave me two other referrals: Frank's in Raleigh and Triangle Appliance Repair in Durham. I called both and left voicemails. Neither has called back as of this writing. A woman called me from Capital Appliance Repair this am. One day after I contacted Capital on Angies List. She asked if I still needed service. I told I wasn't sure (I was in the middle of doing my own troubleshooting). She said if I still needed service to give her a call. I was successful in completing the repair, so I'm writing this review instead of calling her back. 10 Stars to her!"

"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. "I've used Roman a couple of times before, and always found him to be dependable, professional and reasonably priced.  In this case I had purchased a couple of new faucets for the master bath that needed to be installed.  On this occasion Roman arranged a time to do the work, and called me a couple of times during the day to update his time of arrival.  Once he arrives Roman jumps on the job quickly, and in an hour had the old faucets out and replaced with the new ones.  I observed him to pick up a few tips, as my plan is to replace some more faucets in the house.  That being said, I will call Roman whenever there is a job that needs a professional plumber, and have been very pleased with his service. <br />"

"A four year old Kenmore labeled LG mfg'd refrigerator failed. Mr Appliance, who was the service contract agent, was able to discern the problem and through problem elimination repair the refrigerator. While the entire length of time it took to get the refrigerator operating properly was far to long this was not Mr Appliance's fault as he had to abide by the service contract terms. Bottom line here is that Mr. Appliance did his work in a timely, neat and professional manner. However if you are in the market for a new refrigerator DO NOT CONSIDER LG. In four years this refrigerator has had 4 compressors and at least 4 other parts replaced. And while the unit is currently working that is no guarantee it will continue to do so... based on previous experience! <br />"
