"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

After the accident, he never got back to me after several attempts to contact him. I wanted to see if his workers could do one of the projects which required minimal design and materials so I could place my above ground pool for my son's 21st birthday party. I would then wait for the rest of the projects until he recovered. I was so excited to work with him due to his design ideas matching so close to what I had in mind. I was so disappointed not to hear anything back from him. I have since searched out another landscaper for my projects, but it is difficult due to the late timing of the season. I began the process with Mr. Holdridge in April. I would hope to use him in the future, just hope we can have better communication.
