"Chris came to my house to clear a clogged kitchen drain. He was masked and wore gloves and kept the appropriate social distance. When he arrived I asked if he could also replace a sink drain assembly, which he said he would do. That assembly turned out to be a problem since the old parts were frozen.. Chris took a great deal of care and with significant effort removed and replaced the assemble and then proceeded to clear the drain. Chris then cleaned up the entire area. Chris was professional and courteous. I would definitely would recommend Chris and AAA Dependable Cespool Sewer and Drains."

"My husband and I just moved from Long Beach. We bought our house, and have never owned a house with a cesspool. I contacted Priority to come over to inspect the system and educate me about how to maintain it properly. <br /> I called on a Friday morning, and they scheduled me for the next day. They called before they came over, within the two hour window of time that they had told me the day before. Paul was the knowledgable technician that came over to do the job. He located my overflow tank first and dug up the covering so we could look inside. Luckily, the overflow was relatively new and empty, so he closed it back up, and proceeded to dig up the main cesspool. The main cesspool was 75% full, but again in good shape. While he was working on the second cesspool, the owner, John arrived to introduce himself and to check out the system. Paul then suggested that we pump the cesspool and clean it, and gave me the quote before-hand so that I could chose what I wanted to do. I opted to get it pumped and cleaned. <br /> While doing the job, Paul explained everything that he was doing, and took a lot of time to answer all of my questions( and I did have a lot of them). He always told me how much a service would be ahead of time so their were no surprises. The total time for the job was 2 hours. "Called the office and asked for an evaluation and estimate on the job. Replace pump and float with new fittings. Someone would be over to look at the issue in a few hours. Even sooner Wes showed up and evaluated the situation and current piping set up. Clearly stated what was needed and provided an estimate and time to complete the job. He and his assistant left and said they would be back quickly after picking up the necessary pump and supplies to complete the job and how long it would take. They came back as they said and began the project explaining the whole time what happened, and the improved check valve and pump replacement were more efficient and less likely to have issues when the float is attached to the pump. Wes was efficient, experienced and willing to explain what he was doing and why. Gave some wonderful tips on avoiding issues in the future and clearly was sincerely passionate about his work. When they were finished, we had a much better system for the sump and piping. "We returned from an out-of state Thanksgiving celebration only to find a flooded basement due to a heavily clogged sewer line. We were panicking but Louie responded to our emergency promptly. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He took time to explain the problem and what was needed to solve it and answered all of our questions clearly. We hired them to do a survey at a home we were buying which they informed us the property would need a new cesspool and was at the risk of collapse. "A.J the service manager for Speedy Enviormental immediately came out on a Sunday and unclogged the downstairs toilet that had the entire house on stop water usage or flood. The clog was outside the house, towards the Septic tank under the front lawn. He used the commercial auger to pull the tree roots that grew into the septic pipe. He pulled up roots seven times and cleared the line. The next day he came back with a cctv camera to check the line to the septic system and to verify if we had tree roots in the tank. I felt much better after seeing for myself that the line and tank were now clear of roots and the water was freely flowing.
