"Well, the drop down menu here only gives the options for vinyl siding, awning/patio cover, and deck/porch replacement/repair. So I just picked one but actually had a new roof and gutters installed. We needed a new roof in a hurry thanks to one of the massive storms this year (spring 2026) putting 2 holes in our old roof. "This is a maintenance free deck that should last my lifetime. On the higher end of the cost scale but I didn't want wood that would need stained or painted. And I especially didn't want decking material that deteriorates after 5 years. Or discolors and gets covered in mold. Very sturdy build. Build team asked me about any issues they ran into and together we worked out a plan. Very happy with the people and the deck."

"The guys were very nice to work with and knowledgeable. They power washed our deck and replaced some bad boards. They also recommend we replace the lattice with vinyl instead of wood which looks really good! After the wood weathered for a couple of months, they came back to stain it. They only sent one man to do the job which took all day and he missed a few spots that we had to go over and re-stain ourself. Otherwise, they did a good job!"
