He stayed on top of Viking and kept in contact with me regarding status. He scheduled another appointment once he had what he needed to complete the repair. It is the first time since it was delivered (about 3 months ago) that it functions and looks like the high-end Viking we bought. Mike was respectful of our home and our time and was contentious of detail. We have used them on occasion in the past and will use them again if needed. Nice job.
