"Work went great. Our initial call was due to a leaking water heater and leaking shower valve. I called Legend Plumbing and Jesse came that morning. He observed that we had galvanized piping, and getting the house re-piped was on our list of things to do. Legend Plumbing gave us a 'package' bid in which we were given a significant discount on the water heater replacement, plus repairing the shower and re-piping the house and water line leading from the water meter to our house. We had to have the water shut off twice, and they worked with us to accommodate our schedule. When they were scheduled to work they arrived promptly, and cleaned everything up before leaving for the day. We are extremely pleased with the work and will definitely hire Legend Plumbing again."

"Great, have used several times for different issues, toilet repair, sinks replaced and repaired in rentals. Almost always do same day service or next day. Priced fairly. Would recommend them!"

"Pipepals plumbing was 10 stars! Choice was 4 stars. They were timely in assigning the job but I had to keep an eye in the website as notifications did not get pushed via email as expected. They also wouldn't cover all the work recommended by the plumber. Essentially I had a broken pvc in an outside faucet and they wanted him to reuse the faucet instead of replacing it. So I would have had a 1/2 in pipe with 2 connectors...to an old faucet just to save $30. I paid out of pocket so it's right but really? Again plumber was AWESOME. Showed early and returned next day to confirm leak was fixed and patched the holes."

"The people they sent out came out, they came out , I think about 4 or 5 different times. I talked with the technicians and said, "this is ridiculous, the furnace is old" and he said, "we agree, but they only want to do the patching". They would patch it and it would break, they would patch it, and it would break. Finally, I said, "I want a new furnace. What do we have to do to do a new furnace. You've been out here, this is like the 6th time," and he said, "I'll have my manager write something up", and so they did and they replaced the furnace. They tried. They were more interested in patching things than replacing things. They were willing to send out 4 or 5 different parts. The things that I see that would help the most is if it were easier to get a hold of them on the phone or if their website worked. Just being able to contact someone in person. Sometimes, you can't explain everything online. We were able to get a hold of them, we were able to talk to them. It just takes some time, they had to jump through the hoops with their company, we understood that, but they came through and got us a new furnace. A nice new furnace too."

"This project started a week after Labor Day in 2011 and was completely finished just before Super Bowl in 2012. Our home is now 35 years old, and we have lived here for almost 33 years. The interior needed to be updated! TCS Renovation gave us the best quote. We used an interior designer to help in drawing up the plans for the custom cabinets and choosing some tile and paint colors. My wife and I personally chose all the tile, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, countertops (granite in kitchen and marble in bathrooms), banister design and final paint colors. TCS began by completely gutting the kitchen, including the old drop-down ceiling and the master bath, and partially gutting the 2nd bathroom (we left the tub in place). The new raised ceiling in the kitchen caused the most headaches because the plumbing from the upstairs 2nd bathroom and the a/c duct work for the kitchen/breakfast area were inside the low ceiling. Pipes had to be rerouted. All the old paneling in the family/breakfast area was removed, along with the wrought iron banister. The popcorn ceiling was also removed except in the bedrooms and formal living and dining rooms. The old tub area in the master bath was turned into a walk-in fully tiled shower with a bench. The cabinetry work was done in Mexico which caused longer than normal delays, but the work is very good. The red oak banister arrived in pieces and TCS had to cut and assemble and stain it. The new closet was created on the second floor where a 2'x3' space was discovered between the bathroom and hallway. City codes required new smoke detectors in all bedrooms, and the electrical box outside had to be completely rebuilt to handle the additional plugs and lights.
Freddy Diaz, the owner, was on site daily and made sure everything was done correctly. We are extremely pleased with the work. The total job took longer than initially planned for, but we kept adding things to the scope of work. It was all worth it in the end. I'd hire him in a heartbeat again."
