They also stayed right on schedule and within budget, which is rare these days. I especially appreciated how they communicated and was not thrown off by the ongoing questions and changes that was thrown at them. "Matt did an absolutely phenomenal job on a tough project - building stairs to a super high loft and built-in desk with very little real estate to get all the way up. I showed him an inspiration image from AI and he made it into a reality. It could not have turned out better and definitely adds value to the room and home. We also hired him for general handyman work replacing door locks, light fixtures/fans, and minor plumbing. Completely trustworthy as we were not at the house much of the time he was working - would definitely hire again!"

"We hired Vered Renovations for 2 projects. One was to create a new opening in the ceiling of our dressing room into a small attic that accessed the roof our house where our HVAC was located. He also installed folding stairs to replace the ladder system we had been using. It's a very small room and for ten years no one else would even attempt to help us solve the issue. But Moran Vered did a wonderful job. He also helped us get kick drawers installed beneath our kitchen and bathroom cabinets for extra storage. This contractor provided an all inclusive price for demo, subfloor repair, plumbing, electrical work, painting, custom cabinetry and shower glass. Some items were included or I received a credit if I provided the item myself. The subcontractors cleaned up as they worked and protected our home. The price was more than fair and Pedro stands by his work. Our bathroom is beautiful and we are already thinking about getting our kitchen done. I researched Pedro and his company thoroughly before hiring him. Because of my job, I need to trust who was brought in my home and I also see contractors take advantage of people. "The project went very smooth, the contractor was always prompt, showed a great work ethic, what pleasantly responsive to questions about the work being done. The personnel with Built Different was always personable and respectful which made me feel very comfortable having them in my home. They showed up did their work communicated as need. "I have been battling water intrusion through windows for nearly two years. I have been through two other contractors who had various strategies but could not resolve the issues. Nico and his team but a systematic plan in place of water testing and working on one window at a time. The found the water source of each window leak. Some of the scalloped siding was incorrectly overlapping. They identified the defective siding, sometimes it was way away from the actual leaking window and replaced it. At every step they showed me exactly what was happening and how they would fix it - and they did. Nico and his guys are great. They are professional, thorough and most importantly honest. Oh, and Kristina is one of the most responsive and organized people I have worked with. She is a great point of contact."
