I received a call that morning to confirm my appointment and Curtis arrived right on time as promised. He quickly looked at my fridge, and because I had provided him the make & model, he had the required parts to make the repair right away. While he was there, I asked him if he could look at my (2nd) fridge and he was very willing to do that for me.
