"They repaired our Viking stove and Subzero fridge. I was the last customer of the day for the fridge guy, Mike, and even though it was late he came, did a thorough inspection of the problem and overall health of the fridge, and then proceeded to do a complex set of repairs that took almost 4 hours. I have never-ever--had a service professional as dedicated to doing what was promised as Mike. Two days later, I had Appliance Tech pros take care of a problem with my Viking oven. While this was not quite as 'heroic' an effort, my tech was extremely knowledgable, did a thorough diagnosis and explained his findings to me, then efficiently made the repairs we agreed to. It is very hard to find great service companies for appliances. My experience with Appliance Tech Pros was top notch, and I very strongly recommend them to anyone else, especially those with high-end appliances like Viking, SubZero, etc. Jonathan Darsey"

"It went great and I left Harmond and Neli a great review on the chat survey that I wish I had copied to past here as I wrote everything I felt about the Tech and the company and it was all good. I will be using the Neli services again when any of my appliances need attention / repair. Thank You Neli."

The service they provided exceeded all my expectations from answering the phone right away to giving me tips on how to prevent future failures on my refrigerator. The refrigerator went back to its normal condition within no time thanks to this company! "I called 10 service venues and all would not even talk to me about the repair I needed done to this dryer. FINALLY, I met the right technician who was an excellent communicator, arrived promptly and handled the repair efficiently and with excellent results. I highly recommend!"

"I had Boris, a technician from Mr. V come out and repair our Samsung Refrigerator. Boris was very professional, polite, and courteous. He was VERY knowledgeable and did a great job. He was also quite fast but thorough in making the needed repairs. He explained everything he was doing before the work as well as during the job. In my honest opinion, they do not pay this kid what he is worth! I hope all of Mr. V’s employees are as good. I will be calling this company for all of my appliance repairs from now on. Thanks Mr. V’s!!!"
