For a two man team, they worked swiftly. Since they had to remove my old Chimney kit then install the new kit which was over three stories high I thought it'd take all day but they were extremely clean & professional. This team explained the entire process from start to finish. I'd recommend this company to anyone! They were so professional that the whole neighborhood came out to watch them work. "I Purchased the "Big Deal" for Chimney Sweeping & Inspection. The technician (i think it was Van Davis) was right on time. There was some scheduling issue due to some family emergency with them but they communicated and rescheduled as per my availability. I was not sure when the chimney was last cleaned/swept. Van did an excellent job. He offered me some valuable suggestions and tips about operating our gas fireplace. He also inspected the rooftop area as well. Found out an issue with the coating done by a pest control company.

"We called Wildlife Evictors based on a friend's recommendation and were not disappointed. There were multiple raccoons driving us crazy making noise in the soffit area on the back of our house. Shinyan came over, found the entry point and installed an exit door, but some of the raccoons wouldn't leave after mangling the exit door. I suggested he install the exit door where the vent is located, so Shinyan installed the exit door there, and they left shortly thereafter. After we were assured they were definitely gone, Shinyan came back and reinstalled the vent. He repairs the house entry points with metal and paints over the metal to blend in with the house. He is punctual and followed up so I didn't have to call him to come back. We were impressed."

The site supervisor was by each day to go over the progress and any issues that found during removal of old shingles and during installation of new materials. The field crew was very professional and made sure that all debris was cleaned each day before they left. Dr. Roof definitely isn't the cheapest option for a new roof, but if you want it done right and not have to worry about it in the future they should be the only company in the Atlanta area to use."
