Since mine was very old, that made perfect sense :-) He took the time to explain my options, and told me the price upfront. Once the new garage door opener was installed, he carefully inspected the entire system. He oiled the opening mechanism made some suggestions for maintenance. Then he took apart and hauled away the old mechanism. In short, Sam is a well-versed professional with a great deal of experience, as, I suspect are the other professionals at Overhead. I was very pleased with the service, and I will use Overhead Doors for any future garage door needs in the future!"

"Called (10:10 am) Atlanta Entry Systems when my garage door failed to open. I noticed it had a broken spring. Phone rep was pleasant and efficient and he told me a technician would come between 11am-1pm the same day! I was very happy to hear that as it was impossible for me to open the HEAVY door manually. Branden, my technician, came at about 11:20am and quickly evaluated the overall issues with my door and quoted me the cost to repair. Branden worked through the replacement of my springs, and roller bearings , tightened things up, lubricated everything and now my door is working better than it has ever worked in the 5 years that I have lived here(12:00pm).
