"Johnson & Sons remodeled our 1990's kitchen and replaced all of the flooring on the first floor and staircase of our home during the months of May - August of 2022. We met with multiple local companies to bid the work and Vic's bid came in under or comparable to the other estimates we received. We chose their company based on referral, price, and comfort level with Vic. Vic is fantastic to work with. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and creates a culture of partnership on his team's projects. This was our first time tackling a renovation project of this scope and using a general contractor. Vic and his team made the experience comfortable and as enjoyable as it could be considering we had no kitchen! :) There was a long wait time to get the project started due to Covid-caused supply issues on Johnson and Sons other jobs (we originally met with Vic in June of 2021 and the work did not start until May of 2022). It was hard to be patient, but it actually worked in our favor. Being able to choose and purchase materials in advance meant no supply issues or back orders once our project got started. Every sub that Vic and Jon used on our job or vendor he referred us to was professional, kind, and did a great job. If we ever had a question about quality or how the job was progressing (and we had a lot -- remember we'd never done this before!) Vic was patient, flexible, and worked with us until we were satisfied. As our job progressed, issues within our home were uncovered that were not in the scope of work included in our kitchen remodel. A water leak was found in an adjacent wall when kitchen drywall was removed, and holes in our roof were discovered when the electrician was in the attic running conduit. Even though these setbacks were not part of our kitchen remodel, Vic's guys jumped in and found solutions or recommended sub contractors to solve problems. There were multiple times that we had questions and within minutes either Vic or Jon were on site to address a concern or answer a question-- even after our job was complete. We could not be more excited about our new kitchen or pleased with our choice of contractor. We are already planning to hire Johnson and Sons again to renovate our primary bathroom!"

"Excellently, we initially explained to Vic what it was we wanted to do and he was very receptive to what we wanted Without trying to “take over” and do what was easiest for him. Vic was also very reassuring that what we wanted to do was doable. My wife and I were amazed at what Vic was able to do with rerouting some heating vents and plumbing to hook up our new appliances. Vic was also very knowledgeable in dealing with electrical contractors saving us from being overcharged and avoiding unnecessary work and products. The basement work included new framing/drywall, windows (including a large egress window), plumbing and electrical to support a main living space, new bathroom and new laundry room. We also updated our old forced-air HVAC and water heather to new mini-splits and a tankless water heater. This is our second major project with Ryan and we plan to work with him for many years to come. "Professional, courteous, reliable, honest, hard working, thoughtful and everything you want in a contractor. I have worked with many companies but I have never been this impressed. First of all, the owner is great to work with. He showed up everyday to make sure everything went according to plan. He was very meticulous and brought out a structural engineer several times to make sure that things were done safely and we wouldn’t have any problems down the road. He always had great ideas and what I appreciated was that he wasn’t always trying to upsell you and had cost in mind because re-modeling projects always have unexpected surprises. Gashin took our outdated downstairs and completely changed the look of our home into a stunning modern home. They took out all the tile flooring and installed new hardwood floors, took down several walls to make an open concept space for our kitchen and dining room, refaced the fireplace, installed a new island and countertops for the kitchen, and all the small things involved in a renovation like ours. To add, they did all this in about 6 weeks. I appreciate how our project was not in conjunction with others which helped to make the whole process super timely. Yes, there was dust but they covered everything up and made sure that the zone was clean every night. After getting to know the owner and his crew I had zero reservations about giving them full access to my home."
