"Johnson & Sons remodeled our 1990's kitchen and replaced all of the flooring on the first floor and staircase of our home during the months of May - August of 2022. We met with multiple local companies to bid the work and Vic's bid came in under or comparable to the other estimates we received. We chose their company based on referral, price, and comfort level with Vic. Vic is fantastic to work with. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and creates a culture of partnership on his team's projects. This was our first time tackling a renovation project of this scope and using a general contractor. Vic and his team made the experience comfortable and as enjoyable as it could be considering we had no kitchen! :) There was a long wait time to get the project started due to Covid-caused supply issues on Johnson and Sons other jobs (we originally met with Vic in June of 2021 and the work did not start until May of 2022). It was hard to be patient, but it actually worked in our favor. Being able to choose and purchase materials in advance meant no supply issues or back orders once our project got started. Every sub that Vic and Jon used on our job or vendor he referred us to was professional, kind, and did a great job. If we ever had a question about quality or how the job was progressing (and we had a lot -- remember we'd never done this before!) Vic was patient, flexible, and worked with us until we were satisfied. As our job progressed, issues within our home were uncovered that were not in the scope of work included in our kitchen remodel. A water leak was found in an adjacent wall when kitchen drywall was removed, and holes in our roof were discovered when the electrician was in the attic running conduit. Even though these setbacks were not part of our kitchen remodel, Vic's guys jumped in and found solutions or recommended sub contractors to solve problems. There were multiple times that we had questions and within minutes either Vic or Jon were on site to address a concern or answer a question-- even after our job was complete. We could not be more excited about our new kitchen or pleased with our choice of contractor. We are already planning to hire Johnson and Sons again to renovate our primary bathroom!"

"We have had the pleasure of working with **** since 2011, and over the years he has completed several projects for us that have spanned large complex remodels, new construction, and major structural repairs. The reason we have **** and Johnson Custom Builders as our sole resource for construction projects is due to his process for comprehensive planning and estimation, project management, attention to detail, project schedule integrity, excellent subcontractors, quality of outcome, his personal involvement in every detail-- and that he is incredibly pleasant to work with! We have dealt with many contractors and custom builders over the years, and **** and Johnson Custom Builders are the hands down the best."

"JJ construction was my #1 choice for remodeling. I made my appointment with JJ construction. The person showed up on time and very thorough. We were very pleased by their expertise and their advice. However, I decided to sell the house as is. No work was done on my house. But I do recommend this company for future projects."

"I can't say enough good things about Yariel. We have used different contractors for remodeling condos for sale, but I will only use Yariel Bello going forward. He is detail conscious, creative with selecting products, and incredibly efficient. He finished an extensive remodel early, with everything completed beyond my expectations. His work included full bathroom remodel, painting, baseboards, doors, electrical, kitchen appliances, sinks, countertops, plumbing. If you are looking for someone to get a condo ready for sale, or to move in, look no further than Bello Home Solutions."

"Professional, courteous, reliable, honest, hard working, thoughtful and everything you want in a contractor. I have worked with many companies but I have never been this impressed. First of all, the owner is great to work with. He showed up everyday to make sure everything went according to plan. He was very meticulous and brought out a structural engineer several times to make sure that things were done safely and we wouldn’t have any problems down the road. He always had great ideas and what I appreciated was that he wasn’t always trying to upsell you and had cost in mind because re-modeling projects always have unexpected surprises. Gashin took our outdated downstairs and completely changed the look of our home into a stunning modern home. They took out all the tile flooring and installed new hardwood floors, took down several walls to make an open concept space for our kitchen and dining room, refaced the fireplace, installed a new island and countertops for the kitchen, and all the small things involved in a renovation like ours. To add, they did all this in about 6 weeks. I appreciate how our project was not in conjunction with others which helped to make the whole process super timely. Yes, there was dust but they covered everything up and made sure that the zone was clean every night. After getting to know the owner and his crew I had zero reservations about giving them full access to my home."

"They treated my home with care and completed the renovation beautifully."

"We had another contractor turn a room that was tacked on to the back of our house in the 1930's into a laundry and half bath. That project went way, way over budget, so I stopped before the siding was put on.
Enter GMG Construction. I had bought an Angie's list deal, and after considering two other projects decided to use the deal to finish the exterior of the room (which was covered with roofing shingles)
GMG responded, indicating the work could be done within the labor I had already purchased, plus materials. I am glad I listened to their advice about siding. They recommended, and installed, lapped Hardie siding. The person who did the work clearly had done a lot of siding work before, and he took pains to do a really nice job.
The project went very well, completed in the time estimated.
GMG went above and beyond and carried the siding all the way down to ground level (partly below an existing deck). Additional flashing was installed and they even bolted a corner of the deck that had warped (Not part of the project but a very nice surprise)
And they finished a part of the underside of this room (which spans the stairs to the scary basement).
The siding looks great even though I have not gotten around to painting it. The primer color is pretty close to the paint color we already had.
All that said, it was a great experience and I am looking forward to using GMG for future projects (as I can afford them, aren't old houses just so much fun??)

"Volcano Builders turned our outdated home into a modern, comfortable living space that we now absolutely love. Their team was professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about their work. They didn?t just complete the job?they perfected it. Every fixture, finish, and corner was done with care. We?ve worked with other contractors in the past, but none have come close to the quality and service we received from Volcano Builders. Highly recommended!"

"I've worked with different contractors before, but this was truly a different level of service From the first conversation, I felt like they genuinely cared about getting the flooring and painting done the right way. The floor repair came out flawless leveled, reinforced, and finished with precision. The painting was done with incredible attention to detail; the walls look smooth, bright, and professionally blended."

"Alex and his team were awesome! They were able to get multiple projects, including lighting installed, stove repaired, dryer venting fixed, exterior bldg repair, and door latch repaired within a week of our initial consultation. Their communication and professionalism were top notch."
