Once the right carpet was chosen & measurements were completed, he was able to set up the installation date that worked for us. His crew was very professional, punctual, organized. "Check your invoices carefully. They overcharge. I had several types of work done by Pac West Floors. When I reviewed the invoices, I found several discrepancies. I was charged for Sales Tax on the Quotes and again on the invoices (double charged). I was billed for work that was not done, etc. All together overcharged $1400.00. Tried to work with them, first person - yes, we owe you refund. No refund. Sent info to owner - no answer. I have invoices to verify claims.,"
