"I reached out to Chuck at Carter Brothers Refrigeration repair for my GE Advantium Micro Convection Oven. The concern was a broken spring in the oven door after a loud cracking noise which caused the door to be very heavy to open and close right after. They had Bill out within hours of the call to take a look. Unfortunately due to the age of the Oven GE no longer was making replacement parts. I was impressed with the speed at which they were able to come out to take a look and I would definitely call them again for service. Bill was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the time he spent to explain the mechanism on these oven doors that are different than a typical oven door making it difficult to repair without the manufacturers part."

"After contacting 10+ roofers and I found that many of them either don't have the time or don't want to do a repair job. "This was our second kitchen remodel with Kitchen Plus with our first in 2008 at previous home. Their tag line On Time-On Budget is exactly what happens. During demolishing the support beam was not as anticipated (sorry don't know building terms etc) and previous kitchen remodel in 80's by former owners had faulty electrical work. However, with KP any problems discovered after signing the contract are covered by the company not the owner. In addition, they guarantee time to complete model and if they go over promised end date they pay you! There is a lot of planning that goes on prior to start date including picking all necessary cabinets, hardware etc and when day one starts the project manager can tell you exactly what date what work will be done. Our project manager Tim Burr was fantastic! He was prompt, detailed oriented, conscientious, hard working and good to our dogs who wanted to sneak in and see what was going on. Can't thank him enough for making our kitchen remodel as painless as possible. KP stands by their work. As we settle back into kitchen and notice any little detail that is off, Tim will be available to fix or remedy problem. Ongoing we can contact KP service department as they guarantee their work. Hopefully we won't move again and need another kitchen remodel, but if we do Kitchen Plus will get a call!"

"Right before Thanksgiving we detected a leak from our upstairs toilet between our floors; and our dishwasher died. I contacted AWP through their web site; the response and scheduling were prompt. Vlad showed up on time, listened, understood the issue, explained what he was going to do then carefully fixed it. Later that day, the Home Depot crew came in to install our new dishwasher and could not complete the job. Vlad was back later that day - on a Friday - and took charge. As calm and unflappable as the first time he took care of doing everything just right. I would definitely hire AWP again.
