"My understanding is that the guy that came out to install my new toilet and bidet has actually had more experience with commercial plumbing but you would never know it. He was very personable. Showed up a few minutes late but called and let me know he was running behind and then showed up when he said he would. Very conscientious. Seemed to know what he was doing with the bidet install even though it doesnâ t seem that would be typical for a plumber. Made sure everything worked as it should and then cleaned up after such that my wife couldnâ t even tell work had been done. His prices seemed reasonable. I have him scheduled to replace a water heater soon and just as an example his price is significantly less than the other two bids I got. And Iâ m not sure who it was that called but a few days later a woman called to see if I had had a good experience. Needless to say I answered YES!!"

"Terrible service and experience. AVOID. UNRELIABLE. SCAMMERS. They canceled on me at the last minute, then tried to cancel on me again a week later until I complained. Then someone shows up LATE and did a visual inspection to assess that my furnace is extremely old, everything is faulty or falling apart, likely can not be fixed because parts may not be available, recommends a entirely NEW furnace replacement. Since it is such a HUGE commitment, I declined. I called someone else, they came, fixed it ALL within 30min and said everything is working great. INCOMPETENT SCAMMERS!!"

They also routed my two existing downspouts to the same area, fully resolving the drainage issues I was having, ie: water getting into the garage every time it rained. He was hands-down the best contractor I’ve worked with. Great communication through the whole process. He was collaborative and knowledgeable and went above and beyond our expectations. He even laid topsoil and grass seed on our lawn where he drove the excavator. Terry is a consummate professional in every sense of the word and the rest of his crew were as well. A++"
