They came out to provide a quote but were able to allocate time to do the installation. That was great. Zack the technician was knowledgeable, friendly and informative. They were higher than other internet only quotes but the response was well worth the price. The other companies quoted rates without seeing the job. It's not clear that they would honor the internet quote. The 4 stars is based strictly on the price. They were in the range for the job I saw on the internet. All in all a good experience."

"Sens Mechanical was great. They showed up promptly, did a great job, and were very professional. Our problem involved the main sewer line and they spoke with the County people when they arrived and helped them to understand the issue. They went way above and beyond. I highly recommend them."

I was not sure what exactly what I did need and thought the deal would cover what they did. I felt a little like I was being up sold but they did do a nice job on what they did end up doing.
