"Simon Roofing was a "Barn Saver" for me! We hired a Roofing Company a few of years ago to do repairs due to wind. That "company" took our money (over $2000) and never stepped foot on our property, we never recovered our losses! We were quite soured over the whole experience. Simon Roofing was a Blessing! A 50 x 100ft barn with 14ft sidewalls built about 15 years ago. I really appreciated the pictures and video of repairs made to my barn and house roof. "The project was to replace the roof on the house and garage which totaled about 21 squares. Joe showed up on short notice to meet with the Insurance adjuster. The roof replacement was complete in 8 days of when this visit with the Insurance adjuster was complete. Heartland Construction Services completed The house and garage roof in one day which included tear down and re-roofing!! I did had a leak around my chimney which has been a trouble area on the house. I called Heartland on Saturday evening of Memorial Day weekend and their Foreman came out that night for a temporary repair. The Foreman then returned on Wednesday to repair the leak prone chimney. This repair was extremely thorough and a construction work of art!! With great communication and workmanship I Highly recommend Heartland Construction Services!!"

"The floors themselves ended up looking very  good, however during the process the molding transitions between the floors and tile was torn up and not replaced, the baseboards were beat up to the point that all needed repaining and cable feeds that came up through the floor were pushed down in two of the rooms. When we complained about the molding they first denied they had done it, then saw the logic that it couldn't be anyone else and agreed to replace it. They showed up with new modling as one long piece that had been removed was broken in half. When I inspected it afterwards I found that they had reinstalled the broken piece as well as the other old pieces and it looked terrible, especially next to the nicely done floors, like putting a beautiful picture in a crappy frame.
We had arranged for them to put molding down in a bedroom but cancelled the order and won't use them again. I might have got past the banged up baseboards and lost cabel feeds but when they went cheap and didn't put down $5 worth of quarter round to nicely finish the room it told me volumes about their workmanship and customer service.
