I eventually was asked for 135.00 with the notion of completing the project for operation of my furnance.He had difficulty with a replacement purge valve for a radiator which is contingent for the furnace's operation. He struggled and didn't have tools necessary to retify his efforts. I conceded to a revisit for the following week from that date of 121725 to 122425 upon payment, There was no phone confirmation on that day prior to time alotted so I contacted him but no reply and or apology and my initial service request is incomplete and not to mention having to habitate without the comfortability of heat in my home to which was the main objective for my concern to Angis."

After scheduling and in advance of the appointment I called for details regarding the service to be provided at this very hard to believe price. No matter what time of day I called I was always routed to an answering service that only scheduled appointments. Each time they said they would reach out to a manager to get my questions answered. After 3 calls and an email without a response, I cancelled my appointment."
