The work was finally begun after three delays, totaling nine days, after initially-promised start date. With two of those delays, Larry did not initiate contact; I called him to check when he would arrive. He said delays were caused by family issues and no-show workers. His floor work is great, but time management and communication need to be better."

"Of the several quotes we received in response, Eduard's Wood Floors, LLC was the only one that provided a detailed and accurate estimate with materials, labor and removal and disposal fees. Juan (the owner) followed up with an on-site visit to verify dimensions, expectations and to offer advice and recommendations.
